I had an 8:30 am appointment but arrived at 8:00 am and was advised it my be 8:30 before DR Lenertz was available due to a surgery but at 8:15 was shown to exam room and dr. Lenertz came in and examined my toe and advised removal of ingrown nail. He numbed big toe with needle and removed nail and procedure took little time and he was very careful to not cause me discomfort and was out by 9:00am and his staff was very friendly and efficient. Would recommend him and his staff to family and friends.

I thought the new patient paperwork was a bit over the top LOL... However, well worth the effort. I went to a different podiatrist about a year ago (not local) who brushed my concerns aside and told me that my pain was because I'm old (75). He told me "buy some Sketchers...you'll be fine." I was in tears and pain, and yes I bought the Sketchers and no, I was not fine. The pain had impacted my lifestyle and activities, so in desperation I made the appointment to see Dr Lenertz. Oh. Hallelujah...I can walk again! The foot pain was causing pain in my hip and back...both gone! I'd give Dr Lenertz 10 stars if I could!!

The only thing I don’t like is the overbooking and having to wait. I think an appointment should be an appointment — not sitting there 30 to 45 minutes waiting for my appointment to come up.
